Shipping Policy

General Information

Vayo provides Free Shipping for orders of any value within Australia. For International Buyers, the shipping is free for orders over $100 and $30 Flat for orders under $100, Orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or international speed post with signature on delivery. For Australia, orders are shipped prominently through Australia Post or registered domestic courier companies with signature on delivery.

Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 1-3 business days of the date of your order if you are in Australia and 5-10 days for international orders. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.
